The successful candidate will provide direct services to assigned students, including but not limited to: educational, social integration, personal care such as eating, dressing, washroom, and behaviour shaping.
This person will have a warm and approachable demeanor that builds rapport with students and staff while maintaining professionalism at all times. Effective communication and confidentiality is vital. Possessing a personal standard of excellence will be brought to the workplace in the forms of punctuality, attire, professionalism, appropriate responses to feedback, and completion of and quality of work. Above all, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will be demonstrated and is paramount. Preference will be given to candidates who have credentials and experience in education and personal support work.
